"They have the best licorice! Plus, their customer service is great. I asked for guaranteed delivery and because of high volume, they. missed the delivery date. It happens. I wrote an email expressing my disappointment. I didn't ask for anything, I just wanted to express my feelings. A few days later I received an email that my entire order had been refunded.
