Refund Policy
As per food safety regulations, we do not accept any returns, even if the tube is unopened.
Damages and issues:
If your licorice or tubes are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@licorice.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending you a replacement, or processing a refund.
Refunds:
Should the above issue arise and the customer chooses to be refunded the cost of the defected, damaged, or incorrect tube, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
