Getting in touch and receiving a response was at first very difficult but then after finding a phone number and email to be able to send messages ( versus the online chat function) the company was very accommodating! They sent out the missing items in time for Christmas! Thank you for making the timely correction!! Licorice is very fresh, nicely packaged and high quality!"
