Stale with strong fake cherry flavor

"The shorties I received were hard and had a strong fake cherry syrup flavor bordering on cough syrup. The packages are in no way airtight so not surprised they are stale. I would not recommend or order again."

Not worth the price

"My husband's favorite candy is licorice. Knowing the price of licorice. com is a bit on the pricier side, I waited to order for a special occasion. I purchased him the pick your own sampler (comes with 6 tubes of choice). Unfortunately, both of us were not impressed at all. The cherry bits were hard and the other flavors we felt can be purchased at your neighborhood Sprouts or Trader Joe's grocery store for half the price and with the same taste (if not better). I will say the packaging is nice but the actual product falls short, especially since they guarantee to be the freshest. We will not be repeat customers."

"I was surprised by the quality and taste of this product. It is so easy to get the product out of the container plus the fact it taste so good. I like Cherry Licorice but this is a better quality product Plus I like the smaller size much easier to chew. Will Order again."

Holiday licorice

"My initial order was missing 3 items. Getting in touch and receiving a response was at first very difficult but then after finding a phone number and email to be able to send messages ( versus the online chat function) the company was very accommodating! They sent out the missing items in time for Christmas! Thank you for making the timely correction!! Licorice is very fresh, nicely packaged and high quality!"
