  • Potassium: This is the counterpart to sodium, in charge of maintaining liquids within our cells, while sodium maintains liquid outside of our cells.
  • Folate: Breaking down amino acids, folate can keep you healthy and allow for healthy growth within the body.
  • Glycyrrhizin: this is the main ingredient within licorice root, which is known for its anti-inflammatory properties when consumed in healthy amounts.
