"Ordered the green apple amongst 5 other flavors and received 5 of 6 delicious licorices but the green apple was so expired and hard and inedible that I contacted support. They agreed to send me a replacement green apple and did but the replacement was harder than the first green apple. Lucky I didn’t break a tooth. I’ll stick to buying local licorice for the next 40 years."
